We're small and not very digital: do we really need AI?

If someone spends hours a week on repetitive manual work, yes. That's where it pays off most. If it won't help, we'll tell you in the first call.

What happens in the first call?

30 minutes, free. You tell us how your business works and where you're losing time. You leave with a written proposal — scope, timeline, fixed price — or an honest answer that it doesn't make sense.

How much does it cost?

Price is custom and comes after the consultation: it depends on the process, modules, and volumes. You get it in writing with scope and timeline included, before you sign. And it doesn't change mid-project.

Do I have to throw away the software I'm using?

No. We start with what you have — business software, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp — and build on top. It integrates, doesn't replace.

Is my company data safe?

Yes. We use only necessary data, on servers in Europe, respecting GDPR. If you prefer data never to leave your network, choose on-premise AI setup.

Do I own the software and data?

Yes. With fixed-price projects you get code and source. Data is always yours: you export it in standard format whenever you want, even if you stop working with us.

Who works on the project and what happens after delivery?

Our team of 5 people handles the project; the point person from analysis to delivery is Nicolò, the founder. After go-live, fixes are included and new features are added in phases.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Remote for Italy and Dubai. Based in Milan: if a day on-site is needed to map the process, we arrange it.

Where is your business losing time?
